SIMPLY FRANCE

la france tout simplement

Languedoc

This immense vineyard stretches along the Mediterranean coast from Leucate in the west to Nîmes and the Camargue in the east, then covers the foothills of the Cévennes at the gateway to Carcassonne. It covers three departments: Aude, Gard and Hérault. It offers a diversity of landscapes and a mosaic of terroirs between the sea and the mountains (Corbières), under the influence of the Mediterranean climate, at the origin of a wide range of red, white and rosé wines, natural sweet wines and sparkling wines. Today, out of the 40,000 hectares, there are 21 appellations and 13 regional names.

Les Vignerons du Sommiérois

Languedoc

Les Vignerons du Sommiérois was born from the partnership of 3 cooperatives located between Nîmes and Montpellier in the south of France, which means that several winemakers are involved in the production of the wine. It is together that they work to offer products of ever higher quality.

Château du Vieux Parc

Corbières

Family history has been linked to the land and the vines for 6 generations, and the Mialhe and then Panis families have improved the estate and their know-how over the years. Until the 1960s, wine was produced on the estate and sold entirely to brokers.

Domaine de Montmarin

Côtes de Thongues

Philippe de Bertier has been the owner of Domaine de MONTMARIN for 40 years. Bertrand Waris is the director of Domaine de Montmarin. He arrived in 2010.

They have been working together for 10 years and have embarked on the ambitious project of converting their entire production to organic farming.

Les Caves de Frontignan

Frontignan

Christophe Miron, president of the cooperative cellar of Frontignan, is a winegrower. On 20 hectares, he cultivates a specific grape variety, the white Muscat with small round grains, called “Muscat de Frontignan”. This fruit is the only ingredient that enables him to produce each year nearly 2 million bottles of the famous Hérault sweet natural wine, recognised as an AOC since 1936.

Domaine Michelin

Minervois la Livinière

Domaine Michelin, Les Combes Cachées is the dream come true of three friends (Xavier Michelin, Michel Pousse and François Aumonier) from the same village near Toulouse, with different origins but a common passion for wine. After two years of research, they found the ideal terroir and vines for the quality they were looking for at La Livinière, the premier cru of the Languedoc.

Les Costières de Pomérols

Picpoul de Pinet

Founded in 1932, the Cave de Pomérols has continued to grow, prosper and modernise over the years.

Following the merger with the Castelnau de Guers winery in 2003 and the Mèze winery in 2007, the Beauvignac Family’s vineyard covers 2100 hectares, 400 of which are classified as AOP Picpoul de Pinet.

Domaine Reine Juliette

Picpoul de Pinet

Guillaume and Marion are brother and sister. They are now the sixth generation of winegrowers who cultivate their vineyards with great care and love.

With passion and rigour, they raise great wines that fill the love they have for their profession.

La Bergerie de Fenouillet

Pic Saint Loup

Michel Wack, the director of the estate, has created a real space for biodiversity. On the 120 hectares of land, vines, garrigue, orchards, woods, women, men and animals live together in harmony. In this island of diversity, “everyone has found their place”, as Michel likes to say.

Le Clos du Serres

Terrasses du Larzac

The estate has been certified organic since 2012. According to them, being a winegrower means being in harmony with nature, sculpting the landscape, caring for and loving the land we live on.

Their aim is to bring the best of the terroir to life, combining fruit and freshness with fine, silky tannins.
