BEAUJOLAIS

The region offers an incredible geological richness with vines bathed in light, passing through the almost vertical hillsides and the succession of well-designed hills of the Beaujolais Crus . Seventy-three different types of soil can be found on a relatively small area. Among the diversity of soil types, we can schematically distinguish two main types of soil: Soils with a predominance of clay and limestone, Soils with a predominance of granite.
