Stéphane Joly, owner and producer
Maison Veuve Doussot belongs to the Doussot / Joly family since 1746. Ernestine Doussot, twice widowed, founded the family home, located in Noé-les-Mallets, in the heart of the Côte des Bar. Today, the production is made by Stephane Joly, the grandson of Ernestine. It is not only a property, it is also a philosophy, a lifestyle of the family that is continued thanks to Stéphane, who preserves the traditions taken from his uncle, father and grandfather.
