Vinification wine and Cognac:
Traditional Charentaise method, without stabilisers
Distilation method: Double distillation in a Charente Alembic still with electronic controls
Ageing of Spirit: Aged in oak barrels from the Allier or the Limousin
Cognac Minimum release age: 30 months

Distilled following traditional Charentais methods, the Remi Landier Cognacs are aged in oak casks for many years before being exquisitely blended giving an assertive character.
