This family owned Champagne house is situated in the heart of the Cote des Bars in Noé les Mallets, a very old viticultural village.
Vineyard owners for several generations, this old champagne house from Aubois is managed by Stephane Joly.
The Champagnes are sold under the label "Veuve Doussot" in memory of Stephane's Great Grand mother, Ernestine Doussot, whose portrait, painted before the 1st world war, appears on the neck label of the bottle.
The Champagne house Veuve Doussot has a working culture that is environmentally friendly (environmentally sustainable viticulture, 100% organic, no use of insecticides, mechanical de-grassing, grass grown in the vineyards).
An organic cuvee should soon be available.
