The family property, managed by Guillaume Vrignaud, is situated in the heart of the 1er Cru Fourchaume in Fontenay near Chablis.
The Domaine only uses viticultural techniques that are environmentally friendly. The Domaine is undergoing organic conversion (Ecocert).
This young viticulturalist, already rewarded by numerous competitions and magazines for the quality of his wines, is constantly looking for innovation to improve quality, his respect for the terroir and the knowledge that has been handed down from generation to generation.
The Wines are typical of the appellation, crisp, fresh and full of minerality.
